If after inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, shipping prepaid, for a full refund of your purchase price. Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, or if any parts or packaging is missing. Such returns will be returned to the customer or subject to a restocking fee. *Please note: Special Orders" and "non-stock" items are Nonrefundable except for warranty repair or replacement good for 30 days from the date of receipt - you will be notified before shipping and given a chance to refuse if your order is considered a special order or non-stock item.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS TO US FOR EXCHANGE, CREDIT, OR REFUND:
UniqueUniverse.com asks you to follow these simple steps when returning a product:

(1) The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging.
(2) The return must be made within thirty days of receipt of your order.

(4) Securely pack the product and send it shipping and insurance charges prepaid to:
